This Petition challenges an Order dated 6th July 2024, passed by the Family Court, Pune in P.A. No. 836/2022.

None appears for the Respondent inspite of service being made, however Advocate for Respondent appeared on earlier occasion. 3.

Today when the matter is called out Advocate on behalf of the Petitioner, on instructions from the Advocate on record before the trial Court made a statement that the matter is likely to get settled and in view thereof this Court is of the opinion that it would be appropriate to wait for the out come of the settlement talks between the parties.
