We leave it to the State to adopt the contents of the affidavit in reply filed in some of these matters, as replies in all other matters.

The ad-interim relief granted earlier, recording that if appointments are made in the interregnum, no equities would be created in favour of the newly appointed candidates and such

appointments would be subject to the result of these petitions, stands continued until further orders in all these matters. 3.

We also record that in the event any of this Petitioners are found to be eligible, the Respondents would be at liberty to issue appointment orders to such candidates, which appointments would also be subject to the result of these petitions. 4.

We are tentatively listing this Writ Petition on 5th May, 2025. If time permits, these matters would be heard finally at the admission stage.
