This matter can be disposed off in the light of the affidavit dated 15th January, 2025 filed through Shri Hasanlal Markam, Research Officer of the Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Nashik. It is stated therein that due to tremendous burden of the pending proceedings and several time bound matters, under the orders of the Courts, a mistake was committed by the Clerk in issuing the show cause notice, dated 27th November, 2024, to the present Petitioner. An apology is tendered and the show cause notice is declared to have been withdrawn.

The learned AGP submits on instructions, that this withdrawal of the notice is limited to the present Petitioner, namely, Yuvraj s/o. Bhausaheb Rajwade.
