The learned Advocate for the Petitioner makes an unusual request. He submits that there are several typographical and grammatical mistakes in the pleadings set out in the memo of the Petition. According to him, the entire memo will have to be amended. Instead of carrying out a large scale amendment, he desires to withdraw this Petition and submit a fresh Petition.
