Heard Mr. Kasar, learned Advocate for Petitioners; Ms. Nimbalkar, learned AGP for Respondent No.3 in Writ Petition No.16722 of 2024 and Ms. Gavhane, learned AGP for Respondent No.3 in Writ Petition No.18253 of 2024.

In view of the order dated 22.07.2025 passed by this Court, Mr. Kasar has taken instructions from his clients namely the Petitioners.

He would submit that in response to the question posed by this Court in the previous order, Petitioners have instructed him to inform the Court that they shall absorb and reinstate the Respondents in service in their Institute / College / School in compliance of the order dated 04.10.2023 in so far as Writ Petition No.16722 of 2024 and Writ Petition No.18253 of 2024 are concerned. 4.

He would submit that challenge in the companion Writ Petition No.18246 of 2024 and Writ Petition No.18250 of 2024 pertains to the issue of backwages only. However since Petitioners have agreed to comply with the impugned order, compliance of the impugned order dated 02.06.2022 in these two Writ Petitions shall also be done by Petitioners in accordance with law. 5.

Resultantly, Writ Petitions are disposed in view of the above statement of the Advocate recorded by the Court on behalf of

Petitioners.

All four Writ Petitions are disposed.
