Learned Counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to apply for the re-measurement of the suit property after the cadestal surveyor who had executed commission has been examined as a witness in RCS No.472 of 2016.

Leave granted with liberty as prayed for.

In the event such an application is filed after the evidence of cadestal surveyor is recorded, the trial Court shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law.
