After this petition was heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner considering the provisions of Section 17 of the Maternity Benefit Act, 1961 seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to espouse the alternate remedy as provided for in the said provisions.

Allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 3.

All contentions of the petitioners are kept open. 4.
