Let reply affidavit to the petition be filed by the respondent as sought for by the learned counsel for the respondent. However, considering the nature of adjudication as also the orders dated 12 March 2019 passed by the State Consumer Commission, we direct the respondent to deposit the entire amount as per the said order along with interest till the date of deposit of the same in this Court on or before the adjourned date of hearing failing which further appropriate steps to recover the said amount as arrears of land revenue would be adopted. 2.

Let reply affidavit be also placed on record and a copy of the same be served on the Advocate for the petitioner. 3.
