We have heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioners. We have perused the representation purportedly tendered by the Union called as Shivkranti General Kamgar Sanghatana. The representation dated 28th August, 2023 is addressed to the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India, Mr.Narendra Modi Ji, the Secretary, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, the Secretary, Ministry of Finance, Government of Maharashtra, the Urban Development Department, State of Maharashtra and Mr. Anil Kumar Pawar I.A.S., Commissioner, Vasai Viral, Municipal Corporation

There are no details about each of these Petitioners pertaining to their service/employment.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that at this juncture, that the Petitioners may be permitted to file individual representations, setting forth their service details and make a prayer for the old pension scheme. Such representations would be filed in terms of the Government Resolution dated 2nd February, 2024. 4.
In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off as withdrawn on instructions.

Let each Petitioner set out his own service details in all respects and move a representation to the Competent Authority mentioned in the Government Resolution dated 2nd February, 2024. Let such representations be filed within a period of 30 days from today.

The Government Resolution provides six months time for carrying out the scrutiny and for deciding such applications. Let such applications be decided on their own merits, within the
timeline prescribed. If any application is rejected, reasons for rejection may be mentioned in such individual orders to be communicated to each of the Petitioners.
