In this writ petition, the petitioners, inter alia, seeks a direction to issue NOC to the lands held by the petitioners, situated at Village - Sasunavghar, Taluka - Vasai, District - Palghar, that said lands do not form part of Wetlands as per the Wetland Rules, 2017 and as per the Brief Document prepared for Palghar District by the Collector, Palghar. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 10th March, 2025.
