The matter has been heard at some length. The short question that arises is whether the Petitioner had been heard by the SubDivisional Level Committee in the first instance on the complaint filed by the Respondents against the resolution recognising the Petitioners rights under the Scheduled Tribes and Other Traditional Forest Dwellers (Recognition Of Forest Rights) Rule, 2008. 2.

Learned AGP shall take instructions in the matter and address the Court. List on the Supplementary Board on November 28, 2025. 3.
