The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to place on record the order of appointment issued to the 1st respondent consequent to the passing of the impugned order dated 28th August 2024 by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. Leave granted. The necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today. 2.

After the amendment is carried out, issue notice of the amended writ petition to the respondents, returnable on 19th March 2025. The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for respondent nos.2 and 3.
