Perusal of the applications made by Respondents No.3 and 4 for furnishing information under Right to Information Act, 2005 would indicate that they essentially sought copies of report of Selection Committee pertaining to their appointment as Lecturer in Indapur, Taluka Shikshan Digitally signed by PRIYA RAJESH SOPARKAR Date:

He submits that the University is neither supposed to possess and nor it actually possesses any documents relating to the selection process of the year 1997 at this distant point of time. The grievance is also made about the matter in which appeals preferred by Respondents No.3 and 4 are decided by the State Information Commission by passing a format order which is unreasoned. 4.
In that view of the matter, the impugned order dated 13th September, 2024 passed by the State Information Commission shall stand suspended till next date of hearing.
