We have heard learned counsel for the parties on this petition which assails orders passed by the respondent - Board of Control for Cricket in India ( for short "BCCI") whereby the applications of the petitioners for membership of the BCCI has been rejected. After the proceeding were heard 06 February 2025 Kiran Kawre
901-WP-17135 -2024.DOC for some time, learned counsel for the BCCI on instructions would submit that the BCCI is ready and willing to reconsider the applications and pass an appropriate orders in accordance with law.

In this view of the matter, the petitions can be disposed of by the following order, as consented by the parties.
ORDER
i. The impugned orders dated 15 February 2024 and 15 August 2024 passed on the applications of the petitioners in both these petitions stand quashed and set aside by consent of the parties.
ii. The BCCI now shall hear the parties and pass fresh orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and within a period of six months from today.

Needless to observe that if the petitioners so desire they are at liberty to file additional written submissions along with relevant documents which shall be taken into consideration by the BCCI in taking a fresh decision. 4.
All contentions of the parties are expressly kept open. 5.
Disposed of. No costs.
