Mr.Wadikar, learned Advocate submitted that, he has already given intimation to Mr.Bodke regarding mentioning of the matter. He produced on record a notice dated 18th February, 2025 duly acknowledge by the office of Advocate Mr.Bodake at about 3.19 pm of 18th February, 2025.
