1.

None for the Petitioner even on the second call. We have gone through the memo of the Petition. The challenge in this Petition by the All India Postal Employees Union Group "C" is to the Circular dated 19th July 2024 which for the reasons mentioned in the Petition is prejudicial to the Petitioner, is arbitrary, illegal and cause serious prejudice to the members of the Petitioner Union. In our opinion the remedy of the Petitioner is to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal in view of the PMB

35.wp.18414-2024.doc provisions of Chapter III of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985.

2.

Keeping this liberty of the Petitioner open, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
