Mr. Saraogi, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that as the Petitioner has filed another Petition i.e. WP No.18438 of 2024 assailing the order passed by the learned Judge, City Civil Court, declining to stay the suit under Section 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the Petitioner would not press this Petition.
