The facts giving rise to filing of the writ petition are that Solapur Municipal Corporation issued an e-tender for supply of Chlorine Gas Tonner vide tender notice dated 10th October 2024. The petitioner was aggrieved by non-inclusion of a particular clause in the tender notice which provides that the tenderer must annex PESO certificate/licence. The petitioner, thereupon, submitted an objection, which was rejected by an order dated 17th October 2024. Being aggrieved thereby, the instant petition has been filed.

Record indicates that service of notice on respondent no.4, in whose favour the work order has been issued, is awaited. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is at liberty to serve respondent no. 4 by private notice.
