While moving a circulation motion at.10.30 am., Mr. A. Karim Pathan, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner, on instructions from the Petitioner, attempted to mislead the Court by Nikita

31878-2024.odt stating that the possession of the industrial plot is still with the Petitioner and business is continued on the said plot. When we called upon him to state whether any notice has been issued by MIDC, he submits that the notice dated 7th December, 2024 has been received by him. When we called upon him to read the notice, it was revealed that the Petitioner had already lost the possession of the plot and the same is already allotted to another establishment. The allottee has not even been arrayed as a Respondent. 3.

Leave to add the allottee as a Respondent. Addition be carried out within 10 days.
