In view of the fact that the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Nagpur has passed an order dated 4th December, 2024, against which the remedy of filing an appeal is available to the petitioner, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition and avail the statutory remedy.

The learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1, on instructions, submits that no further steps would be taken for a period of ten days from today in accordance with the notice dated 9th December 2024 issued by the respondent-Bank.
