Ms. Manisha Devkar, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Petitioner, the Petitioner will deposit an amount of Rs.70,000/- in the Family Court, Kolhapur within four weeks and the Petitioner will continue to deposit Rs.5,000/- w.e.f. February-2025 on or before 10th of each month in the Family Court, Kolhapur, till the disposal of the present Writ Petition. The said statements made by Ms. Manisha Devkar, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions of the Petitioner, are accepted as undertakings given to this Court. 5.

In view of the said statements, ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b).

It is clarified that the deposits of said amounts before the learned Family Court, Kolhapur are without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties.
