By this Petition, the Petitioner essentially seeks a direction to the Respondent No.2 to consider the representation-cum-objection dated 2nd September 2024.

The learned AGP, on instructions of the Respondent No.2, makes a statement that the Petitioner's aforesaid representation-cumobjection will be decided by the Respondent No.2 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. Statement accepted. 4.

Since the only relief sought in the aforesaid Petition is a Shivgan 1/2

Petition is accordingly disposed of.
