The Petition is filed with a prayer that the Co-operative Court be directed to decide the Dispute in a time bound manner. I am afraid, jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India cannot be invoked for seeking such kind of directions. This Court is not aware about pendency of cases before the Co-operative Court. Merely because the Petitioner has the wherewithals of filing a Petition before this Court, he cannot steal a march over other litigants who are waiting in que for decision of their Disputes. In that view of the matter, the prayer of the Petitioner for deciding the Dispute in a time bound manner cannot be entertained. Petition is accordingly rejected. No order as to costs.
