This is a motion for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 28th March, 2025.

All the parties jointly submit that Respondent No.3 needs a direction to approve the appointment of Respondent No.4. Hence, by consent, Paragraph No.3(f) shall be substituted with the SUNNY THOTE

"After Respondent No.4 is appointed on a vacant post, with effect from 1st February, 2026, the Management would tender the proposal within a period of 15 days from the date of Respondent No.4 joins the duties, to the Education Officer (Secondary), Respondent No.3 herein. The proposal shall be complete in all respects. Since the appointment of Respondent No.4 is on compassionate basis, Respondent No.3 shall approve the appointment of Respondent No.4, subject to acquiring the qualification of TET as directed hereinabove."

It be noted that the above corrected order be implemented within the time line, effective from today. 5.
