1) It appears that Petitioners have already availed the remedy of filing second revision before the learned Minister (Revenue).

2) Ms. Nimbalkar, the learned AGP places on record letter dated 14 January 2025 of desk officer in Revenue and Forest Department indicating that the revisions preferred by the Petitioners would be decided within a period of six months. 3) Accordingly, the Petitions are disposed of by requesting the learned Minister to expedite the hearing of Revisions preferred by the Petitioners and to make an endevour to decide the same within a period of six months.

4) All contentions on merits raised in the Petitions are expressly kept open.
