In this matter, any orders that we passed are bound to affect third parties i.e., the owners/possessors of the properties adjacent to the property which the Petitioner claims is allotted to him. As such, those persons should have been impleaded as parties.

Mr Kanchanpurkar states that an Interim Application would be taken out giving details of such persons and leave would be sought to implead them as Respondents. Along with this Interim Application, the Petitioner applicant to annex a plan which will give an idea about the neighbouring properties and consequently neighbouring properties owners.
