The above Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to Respondent No.1 to pass an order in the Appeal filed by the Petitioner and to stay the Suspension Order dated 18th October, 2024 which is challenged in the Appeal filed before Respondent No.1. 2.

Considering the limited relief sought, we request Respondent No.1 to decide the Appeal filed by the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from today. December 12, 2024 Aarti Palkar

In the meanwhile, and without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, we order that till the decision of the aforesaid Appeal, the Suspension Order passed in relation to the above Petitioner, and which forms the subject matter of the Appeal, shall remain stayed.

Needless to observe that in the event the Petitioner fails in its Appeal, the Appellate Authority is free to pass whatever order it deems fit. All the contentions of the parties in the pending Appeal are expressly kept open.

The above Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 6.
