Learned counsel for the parties, including Mr. Patel learned Addl. GP state that the issue raised in this Petition is covered by the decision of Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Ravindra B Pingale Vs State of Maharashtra1 . 3.

Accordingly, we allow this Petition and direct the Respondents to delete the entries of reservation of the Petitioner's lands for the concerned project as reflected in the revenue records within 10 weeks from today. Compliance report should be filed in this Court by 14 August 2025 after serving an advance copy on the learned counsel for the Petitioners.
