1] Pursuant to the order dated 17/01/2025, the petitioner no.3 is present in Court today. His learned counsel has tendered an affidavit sworn on his behalf. The same is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification. It has been stated therein that the petitioner no.3 has accepted the petitioner no.1 as his son for all lawful and practical purposes including succession. He has also undertaken to maintain and bear all expenses of petitioner no.1.
