Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that on or before 20th January, 2025, an endeavour would be made to identify the premises as set out in the Consent Minutes of the Order. 2.

Mr. Raheja, learned counsel for Respondent would submit that before the next date, Respondents would also endeavour to identify premises to ensure that the premises are available for the Petitioner to shift therein.

In view of the above, list the petition for further consideration on 20th January, 2025. Interim Arrangement to continue till then. It is made clear that consent minutes are only by way of pro-tem Sairaj 1 of
