Ms. Sulakshana Ghule, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the Writ Petition was filed for writ of Mandamus against the respondent no.1 directing them to pass the orders on the application filed under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002. She submits that after filing of the Writ Petition, on 19th October 2024, the order has been passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate on the said application. Hence, she does not wish to press this Writ Petition.
