This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the following substantive reliefs:- "(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass and issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Directions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, directing the Respondents to hear expeditiously the proceedings of the Application dated 8th July 2024 filed under Land Revenue Code being Exhibit "C" hereto." 2.

The grievance of the petitioners comes from an application dated 08 July 2024 filed under Section 103 of the Land Revenue Code. Learned counsel for the respondents on instructions submits that the said application will be decided within a period of four weeks from today. The said statement made on behalf of the respondents will take care of the prayers as 21 January 2025

Till the application is decided, the respondents shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioners. All contentions of the parties are expressly kept open.
