The petition challenges the order passed by the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee under Section 13(2) of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971 by which the Petitioner who were the developers of the proposed slum were terminated by suo motu order.

Issue notice to Respondents returnable on 13th January, 2025. In addition to Court notice, Advocate for the Petitioner to serve the Respondents by private notice by all possible modes of service and file affidavit of service before the next date.
