1.

The Petitioners submit that they were working on unaided posts in the Junior College as Assistant Teachers. They pray for transfer to the aided section of the Secondary School as and when vacancy arises.

2.

The Petitioners have directly approached this Court without making any written request to the Management or to any superior officer from the Education department like Respondent No. 3 or Respondent No. 2. So also, it is the Management which has to scrutinize

each case and assess whether such a transfer is permissible and feasible. 3.

In view of the above, these Petitions are disposed off with liberty to the Petitioners to make such representation to the Management and if there is no response from the Management, liberty to approach the Respondent No. 3 for the redressal of their grievance. 4.

If there is any grievance of the Petitioners as regards nonpayment of the pay scale as is mentioned in their appointment order or as is applicable, they would request the Management for making such payment. If there is no response, they would approach Respondent No. 3 who would initiate effective steps for the redressal of the Petitioners' grievance.
