The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that Revision Application No.4091 of 2024 (Barikrao Daddu Pandhare Vs. Vilas Shrirang Bhosale and Ors.) preferred by the petitioner would be decided within a period of two months.

Accepting the said statement, the writ petition is disposed of. The Revision Application shall be decided on its own merits by the end of February 2025.
