By oversight, ad-interim relief which was required to be granted in terms of prayer Clause (g) has been reproduced in the said order as prayer Clause (b) which in fact is the final relief and could not have been granted at ad-interim stage.

In the light of above, substitute paragraph 6 of the order dated 20th December 2024 as under :

"6.

In light of the above, case for grant of adinterim relief is made out. Ad-interim relief in terms of prayer Clause (g) is granted, which reads thus :

Crown Imperial Co-operative Housing Society Limited, and the letter/ order if any issued by the Respondent No. 3 Authorised Officer to any of the banks or financial institutions of the Petitioner's Crown Imperial Cooperative Housing Society Limited."
