The learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.2, on instructions, makes a statement that since the PetitionerDeveloper has shown willingness to execute PAAA and to pay transit rent, Respondent No.2 shall vacate the possession of the structure on or before 12 February 2025. The statements made on behalf of the rival parties are accepted as an undertaking given to this Court. Nothing remain to be adjudicated in the Petitions. 3) Petitions are accordingly disposed of.
