In this petition, the petitioners have challenged the validity of the order dated 30th September, 2024 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Mumbai Division, Mumbai in Revision Application No. 395 of 2010 by which revision application preferred by the petitioners has been dismissed.

The grievance of the petitioners in the petition is that issue with regard to the validity of the auction sale has not been decided.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for an

10-wp-18746-2024 adjournment in order to enable him to make an application seeking analogous hearing of Original Side Writ Petition No. 173 of 2024 along with this writ petition. Let an application for the said purpose be filed within a period of two weeks. 4.
