None for the Petitioner. This is a Writ Petition challenging an interim order passed by the Section 34 Court, directing a deposit of the arbitral amount. Since none appears for the Petitioner, list under the Caption "For Dismissal" on April 7, 2026 .

It is made clear that the pendency of this Petition should not come in the way of the Section 34 Court continuing with the proceedings with which it is seized.

The learned Advocate for the Respondent submits that both parties have filed challenges under Section 34 - the Respondent believes that the Arbitral Award has not gone far enough, whereas the Petitioner believes that the Arbitral Award deserves to be set aside. MARCH 23, 2026 Rutuja Borse
48-WP-18760-2024.doc Consequently, the pendency of this Petition also does not constitute any restraint on the conduct of the execution proceedings as well and what is to be done with the Arbitral Award pending execution lies in the domain of the Section 34 Court.
