By consent of the parties, Mr. Pramod M. Bendre, learned Advocate practicing as Counsel / Advocate in this Court having address at 'Shree Renukamba', Plot No.61A/38, Bharati Niwas Society, Income Tax Lane, Prabhat Road, Pune - 411 004 is appointed as Mediator to resolve the disputes between parties.

Parties to approach the learned Mediator to fix the schedule of dates of meeting with the parties.

Parties shall extend full co-operation during mediation. 5.

Both parties agree to bear the costs of mediation / Mediator's fees / charges equally.

Advocate for Petitioners shall co-ordinate with the learned Mediator as well as respective parties / Advocate for Respondents for the purpose of arranging the mediation meetings. 7.

Learned Mediator is requested to submit his report by 1st October, 2025.
