It is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the Intervenors-borrowers who had filed Securitization Application No.164 of 2021 (Ashok Kashinath Ovhal Vs. Edelweiss Asset Reconstruction Co. Ltd.) that in terms of an undertaking dated 17th January 2025 filed by the borrowers before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, the Securitization Application preferred by them has been disposed of. The borrowers are continuing as agent of the Bank after possession of the secured asset was delivered to the petitioner on 20th January 2025. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, the purpose of filing the writ petition is served. It is disposed of.
