For entertaining the Writ Petition and to enable the petitioners to show their bonafides, the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50 lakhs in this Court, within a period of one week. In case the said amount is not deposited, the Writ Petition shall stand dismissed as not entertained without further reference to the Court with liberty to avail other remedies.

If the amount of Rs.50 lakhs is deposited in time, the possession of the petitioners shall remain protected till the next date of the proceedings and the Writ Petition shall be considered on 23rd January 2025.
