The learned AGP points out that the description of Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 should be modified. Leave to modify the description, forthwith.

The learned AGP submits that the proposal will have to be resubmitted to Respondent No. 4. Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 will discuss and scrutinize the proposal, and raise queries to the Management.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that such queries have already been raised and the updated proposal, by removing the deficiencies, has now been tendered to Respondent No.4. 4.
In view of the above and considering the statement of the learned AGP, on instructions, the said pending proposal, which is updated, would be dealt with by Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 and would be forwarded to Respondent No.1 for adjudication. We expect Respondent No.1 to pass a reasoned order. Let this entire exercise be completed within a period of 90 days from today.
