Learned Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.5 to 9 tenders copy of the mutation entry and submits that the order of 22nd July 2024 passed by the SDO has already been executed by effecting the mutation entry in the name of the Respondent Nos.5 to 9. 2.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner would submit that by order of 1st October 2024, there was a stay to the order of SDO dated 22nd July 2024 and therefore the mutation entry could not have been effected on 4th October 2024.

Considering that the order of SDO has already been executed, there was no question of the stay granted by order dated 1st October 2024 being continued. Appeal is stated to be pending before the Patil-SR 1 of

In view of the above, nothing survives for consideration in the present Petition. Petition stands disposed of. It is open for the Petitioner to adopt appropriate remedy as regards the mutation which has been certified on 4th October 2024.
