By this Petition, the challenge is to the order of Hon'ble Minister exercising the powers under Section 36 of the Bombay Prevention of Fragmentation and Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1947, and directing the correction of consolidation scheme after a lapse of almost 46 years.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable after a period of four weeks. Learned AGP waives notice on behalf of the Respondent No.1. In addition to Court notice, the Petitioner is permitted to serve the Respondents by private notice by all permissible mode of service and to file affidavit of service before the next date.
