Mr. Patil, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to exercise alternate remedy of filing revision before the learned Minister (Revenue). He would however pray that the proceedings before Sub Divisional Officer in pursuance of order dated 14 October 2024 be stayed for some reasonable time in order to enable the Petitioners to press stay application before the learned Minister (Revenue).

Writ Petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as sought for.

For a period of four weeks, the Sub Divisional Officer shall adjourn the proceedings before him with a view to enable the Petitioners to seek appropriate orders from the learned Minister on prayer for stay of the order dated 14 October 2024. 4.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
