By this petition, the challenge is to the order passed by the City Civil Court in Miscellaneous Appeal No.22 of 2023 arising out of order passed by the Estate Officer under the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971. During the pendency of proceedings, there was interim protection till 30th November, 2024 for Sairaj 1 of
