The Petitioner has been removed from the post of Sarpanch on the basis of No-confidence motion passed against her. 2.
Advocate Mr. Gharal appears for the Respondent Nos.5 to 13 and seeks time to file vakalatnama and reply. Learned AGP also seeks time to file reply.

Let the affidavits-in-reply be filed within two weeks from today. Rejoinder, if any, to be filed within one week thereafter. 4.
Considering that the term of the Petitioner is for 2021 to 2025 and the No-Confidence Motion has been moved in the year 2024, i.e., at the fag end of Petitioner's tenure, and that the only reason why the dispute has been rejected by the Collector is that will of the majority Patil-SR 1 of
