Considering the nature of the grievance as urged in the petition and having heard learned Counsel for the parties for some time, we direct the Block Development to look into the grievances of the Petitioner and issue appropriate directions to the Gram Panchayat. In the event, the case of the Petitioner is correct that Respondent Nos. 9 to 11 have undertaken unauthorized and illegal construction, let the report in that regard by the Block Development Officer be placed on record on or before the adjourned date of hearing. 2.
