BHOBE, JJ DATED : 7th JANUARY, 2025 P.C:- The grievance of the petitioner is about the pendency of his claim before the Scheduled Tribe Certificates Scrutiny Committee, Pune, as his proposal came to be forwarded to the Committee through Online Process while he was prosecuting his 12th Standard curriculum.
According to the petitioner, the proposal is received by the Committee on 29/1/2024 and the petitioner has furnished the Committee the necessary documents which include the genealogy of the family as well as the validity certificates issued in favour of blood relations.

2/2 907 WP 18896-24.doc The petitioner was interested in securing admission to the Health Science Course through NEET (UG) 2024 and she requested the Committee to take expeditious decision upon her claim, but the Committee did not furnish the validity certificate. The petitioner is desirous of appearing for the examination once again for the Academic Year 2025-2026 and therefore, the limited grievance of the petitioner is, a direction to the respondent no.2 Committee to decide about the pending claim of the petitioner with utmost expediency.
The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions from the respondent no.2, make a categorical statement that the claim of the petitioner shall be decided on or before 31/3/2025.
Since the grievance of the petitioner has received the redressal, with a direction to the respondent no.2 Committee to take a decision upon the pending claim of the petitioner on or before 31/3/2025, and directing that the decision shall be communicated to the petitioner forthwith, the petition stand disposed off.
